Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do you use?
A: For digital I use an "XP-PEN Artist 12 Pro" display tablet and Clip Studio Paint. For traditional my supplies include: wooden and mechanical pencils, paper of various weights and lengths, micron outlining pens, HIMI and Holbein gouache paint, Prisma colored pencils, OHUHU and Copic alcohol markers, POSCA paint markers, and some generic gel pens. Occasionally I'll use acrylic paints and canvases too but I enjoy gouache and markers more.

Q: How long does it take you to finish a commission/art piece?
A: Anywhere from a couple days to months. It really depends on the order/piece and how I'm feeling when the order is placed, as I suffer from chronic issues that affect my motivation and physical movement.
You are welcome to ask for and ETA before and after ordering and check-in with me at any point to ask about progress pictures or any other concerns! :]

Q: Do I NEED to send reference pictures, or is text acceptable?
A: Text is acceptable BUT I heavily prefer visuals over text, because I'm dyslexic and my reading comprehension isn't the best...So if you do decide to send text just be aware I may not get things on the first try.

Q: Do you accept split payments? (also...what IS a split payment?)
A: "Split payment" is when the client pays a portion of a commission's price upfront and sends the rest of the amount when the commission is actually finished. And yes I do take them! I'm always willing to discuss payment plans because I understand finance struggles and "money anxiety".

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Commissions that are not finished can be refunded, partially. If I have worked on your commission I will keep the amount that equals my work. I will not refund a finished drawing/piece!! If you want a refund we can discuss in our messages.

Q: How do I go about commissioning you for something that doesn't have information?
A: DM me on any of my social accounts or email me. The listings I have are types that I usually make, not what I'm limited to. I enjoy stretching out of my comfort zone as long as it's not something in my "won't draw" section. That being said, if you're looking for a specific genre/style of art or graphic design stuff, I highly suggest looking for someone who specializes in that instead.

Q: Do you sell fanarts/prints or have any kind of store?
A: Currently no. I am hoping to get one going soon! ^0^

Q: I can't afford a commission but I want to support you...?
A: That's very sweet of you! <3  Sharing my posts, info and art helps a lot and is free, that would be the best way at the moment.
